Tell us about yourself

I am a Zambian born British bred Afropop singer songwriter.

What influences the art/music you create?

Personal experience mostly, but also my heritage, the motherland, my culture,

What genre or style are you sticking to?

I love Afropop and R&B.

What sparked your interest in making music?

From a young age, I would say as little as 4, I loved to perform and sing. I was just drawn to performing arts. I was in every school play and talent show.

What projects have you released or planning to release?

I released my first EP ‘My way’ some years ago. And I am currently working on my next EP.

What keeps you motivated, what is your creative process ?

My fans keep me motivated. The people who send me messages and tell me they love my music or that they are inspired and touched by the lyrics.

I tend to start with the beat and if I’m inspired by what I hear then the lyrics flow naturally.

What more to expect from your brand in the future?

I am looking forward to making more music that touches all corners of Africa and the world.

Who are you eager to collaborate with?

As many different artists as possible, African, European, American and even Latin artists.

What is your fashion sense saying?

My style is pretty simple, feminine, elegant.

Poison of choice?

I don’t drink alcohol.

Describe your social & romantic relationship status?

In a relationship.

First Date Ideas?

I love a romantic meal, somewhere with a nice view too.

Favorite whip/car?

G wagon.

Vacay country/countries of choice ?

Miami, Zanzibar, Maldives,

Soda or Water?

Soda but currently trying to reduce my intake.

Workout routine?

I walk as often as possible and do yoga.

How do you uplift your self spiritually and mentally?

I pray and I meditate every day.

What impact do you plan to leave on society?

I want to Inspire young girls and women in Zambia and across Africa to be more than what society has told us we can be in education, in business, in politics and in the arts.

Who is/are your mentor(s)?

My parents and Brandy and Mariah Carey.
